Our coaches wait to welcome you to the Dodgeball Academy UK, Our clubs are run to the highest standard using only official UKDA safety equipment. All our coaches are DBS checked, first aid trained, safeguarding trained and experienced sports coaches to provide not only a quality Dodgeball session but a safe environment for your children to enjoy.

AY - Advanced Young leader, Young person with junior coaching awards.

Matthew Edgar - Head Coach

Matthew is the lead coach for the DAUK

With a healthy level of experience casted over an 11 year long career working with primary schools in Northamptonshire and various sports clubs and groups. Matthew aims to inspire young people into sport using Dodgeball as the vehicle.

Matthew's qualifications cover a wide range of sports which also include sports science and SEN.

Josephine Edgar - Coach

Josephine has been a sports coach for the past 5 years workings with local community club Daventry Rangers. Josephine became a qualified Dodgeball coach in 2015 and has been delivering after school Dodgeball clubs and holiday camps to the local community since.

Alongside Dodgeball Jo is a qualified welfare officer, Tag Rugby and Football coach

James Wood - Coach

James is a highly qualified and skilled sports coach who's specialism is inclusion. He is qualified in a wide range of sports but became a Dodgeball coach in 2015.

James works as a PE coach for Caroline Chisholm Primary school in Northampton.

Alongside his NGB's James also has a Diploma in sports coaching and is currently completing a sports science degree.
